Hartora ("chúng tôi") tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập, cách sử dụng và các bên xử lý dữ liệu khi bạn dùng ứng dụng và website Hartora.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin tài khoản: email và tên hiển thị (qua đăng nhập Apple, Google, hoặc email & mật khẩu — xác thực bởi Supabase).
• Nội dung bạn tạo: ảnh, video, và văn bản prompt bạn nhập hoặc tải lên.
• Số dư credit và lịch sử giao dịch.
• Push token thiết bị (chỉ khi bạn bật thông báo đẩy).

2. Chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp AI bên thứ ba

Để tạo nội dung, ảnh và prompt bạn cung cấp được gửi tới các nhà xử lý AI bên thứ ba — KIE.AI (tạo ảnh/video/nhạc) và Replicate (xử lý ảnh) — chỉ nhằm thực hiện yêu cầu tạo nội dung của bạn. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu này cho quảng cáo hay lập hồ sơ.

3. Lưu trữ & bên xử lý phụ (sub-processors)

Dữ liệu được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu Postgres (Railway) và tệp media trên Cloudflare R2. Các bên xử lý phụ gồm: Supabase (xác thực), Railway (backend/DB), Cloudflare (CDN/lưu trữ), KIE.AI và Replicate (xử lý AI).

4. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng (Cài đặt → Vùng nguy hiểm → Xoá tài khoản). Thao tác này xoá vĩnh viễn dữ liệu và thông tin đăng nhập của bạn; tệp media có thể mất tới 30 ngày để xoá hoàn toàn khỏi bản sao lưu.

5. Theo dõi & quảng cáo

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không theo dõi cho mục đích quảng cáo(không tracking xuyên ứng dụng). Ứng dụng khai báo NSPrivacyTracking: false.

Privacy Policy (English)

Hartora ("we") respects your privacy. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and who processes it when you use the Hartora app and website.

1. Data we collect

• Account info: email and display name (via Apple, Google, or email & password sign-in, authenticated by Supabase).
• Content you create: images, videos, and the text prompts you enter or upload.
• Credit balance and transaction history.
• Device push token (only if you enable push notifications).

2. Sharing with third-party AI providers

To generate content, the images and prompts you provide are sent to third-party AI processors — KIE.AI (image/video/music generation) and Replicate (image processing) — solely to fulfil your generation request. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

3. Storage & sub-processors

Data is stored in a Postgres database (Railway) and media files on Cloudflare R2. Sub-processors: Supabase (auth), Railway (backend/DB), Cloudflare (CDN/storage), KIE.AI and Replicate (AI processing).

4. Your rights

You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account). This permanently deletes your data and login; media files may take up to 30 days to be fully removed from backups.

5. Tracking & advertising

We do not sell data and do not track for advertising (no cross-app tracking). The app declares NSPrivacyTracking: false.
